Siskiyou Eye Center, the premier eye care group serving Southern Oregon and Northern California, is seeking a new Administrator. Our current practice Administrator is retiring after twenty-five years of service.
-Liaison to the board of directors
-Develop and execute strategic business plans
-Oversee practice finance and achieve reimbursement benchmarks
-Community and referral source outreach
-Operations and facility management
-State and federal regulations and risk compliance
-Maintain provider and practice credentialing
-Schedule flexibility including travel between offices and availability for morning and evening meetings
-Undergraduate degree, preferably in business or business management/finance
-Minimum of five (5) years in a supervisory or administrative role in healthcare
-Proven track record in medical practice leadership a plus -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage personnel
-Must be detail oriented and highly organized
-Excellence in conflict resolution
-Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently

Our practice spans two states and includes four physicians: two comprehensive ophthalmologists, a glaucoma sub-specialist and an optometrist. In addition to our two main offices we have a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center (ASC) adjacent to the Ashland office. Both offices have optical departments.
