The Center for Urologic Care of Berks County, PC is seeking a full time Administrator for its medical practice and ambulatory surgery center (ASC). Essential functions include: Governance/Leadership, Financial, Human Resources and Operational Management and Marketing. In addition, serves as a liaison to the building’s condo association, handles the operations of the associated real estate corporation and serves as the ASC administrator.
This independent practice features an onsite, physician owned, licensed and accredited ASC, an accredited, in-office imaging center as well as CLIA certified urine and pathology labs. The practice has five urologists, four mid level providers and over 75 employees.
The practice has enjoyed stable management for over twenty years and features a supportive and engaged Board. Ideally the new Administrator will start in the fall 2018 and will work with current Administrator during a transition period until spring 2019.
Bachelor degree in Business or Health Management required, similar Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant health management experience required, 10 years preferred. Prefer 2 years of ASC management experience. Must be proficient at using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quickbooks and able to learn various practice management systems. Must possess excellent communication and analytical skills. Must be willing and able to pass a background check.
