WORK SCHEDULE: Nights/Evenings 2 - 8's 11pm-7:30am & 2 - 12's 7pm-7:30am; Every 3rd weekend/1 major holiday per year
WORK TYPE: Full Time (1.0 FTE) - 80 Hours Bi-Weekly; 40W Overtime
Works independently and collaboratively with Operations Manager to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Works collaboratively with Operations Manager in recruitment and retention initiatives, Performance Evaluations, Performance Improvement Plans and disciplinary actions.
Responsible for ensuring the very best patient/family experience by optimizing all customer interaction. Foster a positive work environment through mutual support and cooperation
and adheres to GHS and department specific Service Standards.
Directly accountable to the Operations Manager.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 years of RN experience, one of which should be in specialty area.
Current PA RN License
BLS certification required
ACLS and/or PALS required as appropriate for specialty areas
Specialty certifications preferred
Telemetry experience recommended
