Tenet is seeking an experienced on-shore developer to support and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to serve our multi-vendor support teams supporting our 68+ Acute Care Hospitals, and 600+ Ambulatory facilities.
We are looking for a self-motivated team player with strong consultative and problem solving skills who is capable of collaborating with various business teams and developers to design and test solutions that enhance our end user experience with minimal guidance. We rely on the experience in this role to responsibly manage solutions by leveraging existing functionality "out of the boxï¿½ or enhancing existing customizations as opposed to always seeking to develop new solutions. This role will also be responsible for the support and care and feeding of ServiceNow with the expectation that their units of work by derive from end users submitting Enhancement Requests pertaining to issues or business process enhancement within the ServiceNow platform. Primary focus will be on creation, maintenance and support of Service Catalog request items and workflow.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of comprehensive knowledge of following items:
ServiceNow Workflow and Development
REST/SOAP web services
Agile Values Principles
Experience working in a Scrum Team
High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
