Your expertise in Family Medicine is valued with SCL Health now Intermountain Health! We are conducting a search for full-time outpatient Family Medicine Physicians to join our clinics in beautiful Colorado and Montana.  

Interested in teaching?  Join our residency program at our hospital in western Colorado.

As an outpatient Family Medicine Physician practicing with SCL Health, you’ll work collaboratively with up to 5 additional providers  to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with in-house behavioral health, in-house pharmacy, and specialty providers within the community.   

• Practice at our outpatient clinic.
• Typical  work schedule is  four 10-hour shifts during the week, no weekends. 
• Provide full spectrum family medicine care to a wide range of patients.  
• Join a busy practice that has supportive colleagues, consulting physicians, and nursing staff.
• Be a part of  established practices that are  continuing to grow.
