Position Summary:
The Clinical Coordinator RN functions in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment, utilizing critical thinking skills to interpret complex information and guide patient populations and families to health and wellbeing. In collaboration with Nursing Leadership, establishes nursing care standards for a specific area of clinical care and supervises the clinical practice delivery provided by other licensed practical nurses and non-licensed personnel. Provides nursing assessment, diagnosis, education, and treatment of assigned patient population utilizing critical thinking and following the Nursing Process. Collaborates with providers in determining the appropriate care for ambulatory patients within assigned area(s) of practice, including nurse-only visits as appropriate for continuity of care. Exhibits compassionate clinical excellence in the care of patients. Serves as the clinical role model and clinical resource.

Minimum Requirements:
Three (3) years recent experience in ambulatory nursing required

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Licensed as a professional nurse in the state of Washington
BSN required, or attained within 3 years of hire into the position*
BLS certification required
*Exceptions require approval from Nursing Leadership
