Job DescriptionI. General SummaryThe Social Work I position will be based at the THRIVE Clinical Program at UMMS Midtown Campus and coordinate with other IHV practices. This individual will provide direct, on-site clinical social work services to patients at the adult outpatient/ambulatory HIV clinic. This individual will provide behavioral health interventions and assist patients with all psychosocial needs relating to their HIV care.
