Under general supervision, the Data Specialist 2 is responsible for providing administrative support for a database which supports a system. Performs a variety of advanced administrative and support services for a database which supports a system. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. Organizes and enters data into appropriate databases. Maintains and ensures the integrity and security of one or more databases. Trains other staff as users of the system.
