Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT)
The LPN assigned to PACT clinics are held accountable for delivering direct patient care to adult through geriatric Veterans for both acute and chronic diseases in an outpatient clinic setting. LPN recognizes age related needs and demonstrates knowledge and care appropriate to those age groups. LPN considers the cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation needs of patients and demonstrates competence in doing so. This position will be located at Springfield VA Clinic . Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
