Job Summary
The Workday Integration Developer Sr. is a senior member of the Data and Analytics Team and is responsible for analyzing requirements, developing, delivering and maintaining a scalable integration solution to support both external venders and internal systems, executing system and process improvements ensuring appropriate data standards. The position includes design, development, testing and deployment of various types of integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). The Workday Developer will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to produce scalable and efficient solutions that can grow with the business. The ideal candidate is highly self-sufficient, possesses strong project management skills, and can drive high quality results. Strong project management skills; ability to formulate action plans and timelines and to execute those plans; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical skills to interpret, adapt, known methods, system procedures or operating concepts to new situations. Relies on strong experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Demonstrated ability to achieve results through team efforts, willingness to challenge established practices draw relevant conclusions. Minimum Job Qualifications
Licensure or other certifications:
Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree in IT or related field is required. In lieu of Bachelors Degree, related experience in business domain with fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible, professional job specific work experience and an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities, combined with demonstrated professional growth and achievement.
Minimum Experience: A minimum of ten (10) yrs. experience with ERP Tools in financial, HCM or Supply Chain domains and at least one (1) year of experience with Workday developing various types of integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
or
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with Workday developing various types of integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) in HCM, Finance or Supply Chain domains.

Must be able to function in dynamic environment subject to changes in schedules and priorities, working on multiple projects/ issues concurrently. Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems supported.
Understands healthcare, hospital and ambulatory terminology, business practices, and industry trends and ideas for data analysis, including regulatory regulations such as HIPAA, DNV and MIPS.
Experience in understanding end user needs and gathering requirements, determining data specifications, designing solutions, or modifying existing work to meet new or changing needs.
Knowledge of clinical documentation and orders databases, data conversion models, workflows, master files, category lists, synonyms and preference lists.
Experience in understanding end user workflows and determining the most appropriate analytics solutions that supports the operational workflows that will provide end users with the data that is needed in the manner that is needed in order to solve the end user's business problems.
Ability to perform job duties independently with minimal supervision and assist other team members in leading complex projects from inception to completion
Leads team in intake management and assists team members as needed to be sure priorities are aligned and followed up on efficiently.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
Maintains a service oriented approach with customers, providing follow up and responding to issues/concerns in a timely manner. Answer staff and client questions in person, via email and via phone. Provide after-hours on-call support on a scheduled basis. Responsible for ensuring service level agreement adherence.
Gather functional and technical design specs to develop, test, deploy and support of all Workday integrations.
Develop, deploy and support technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, Web Services, XSLT, and xPath.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess document requirements, review design, and define functional specifications
Manage Workday integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production
Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors.
Participate in Workday semi-yearly release reviews and testing by identifying impact/enhancement opportunities associated with new release features/functionality.
Prepares and maintains key documents and technical specifications for new and existing solutions.
Keep up with market trends and tool innovations and investigate possible methods of improving and/or increasing automation.
Provide production support for incident management and integration monitoring.
Works closely with end-users to identify, fix and explain data discrepancies.
Monitors intake queue. Efficiently troubleshoot, resolve, report and close active issues.
Mentor junior members of the team on all the technical and functional areas.
Document standards and best practices and enforce through code reviews of reports to ensure they are being followed.
