Supporting 7 health systems, 29 hospitals (including 3 Level 1 Trauma Centers) and 70 ambulatory care centers, Columbus Radiology Corporation (CRC) is seeking full-time remote neuroradiologists to support our growing practice throughout the state of Ohio.
POSITION SUMMARY
CRC is seeking a board eligible and board certified neuroradiologists for remote roles supporting the practice through either evening and overnight roles. Ideally, this position will work a rotating schedule: 1 week on, 2 weeks off with shifts ending between or 8p and 12a -or 4a and 7a ET (Radiologist chooses). We are also offering a weekday M-F role with limited weekends. Our ideal candidate must be capable of reading general diagnostic imaging. Both associate and partnership track options are available.
SHIFT STYLES
11a – 8p EST, 200 Shifts (Primarily Weekday)
$425K+ total starting compensation, inclusive of annual 401K profit sharing contribution
$25K commencement bonus
3p – 12a EST, 7 days on, 14 days off (Partner track 1 year, $447K base, 28 additional shift requirement)
$375K+ total starting compensation, inclusive of annual 401K profit sharing contribution
$75K commencement bonus
5p– 2a EST, 7 days on, 14 days off (Partner track 1 year, $447K base, 28 additional shift requirement)
$400K+ total starting compensation, inclusive of annual 401K profit sharing contribution
$75K commencement bonus
Overnight 7p– 4a EST -or- 10p – 7a EST (Radiologist Chooses), 7 days on, 14 days off (Partner track 1 year, $447K base, 15 additional shift requirement)
$425K+ total starting compensation, inclusive of annual 401K profit sharing contribution
$100K commencement bonus
$25K retention bonus
All roles with CRC offer substantial on- and off-shift incentive pay opportunities with some radiologists earning over $1 million in annual total compensation and median partner compensation $>700K annually.
