Manager - Surgery and PreOp PACU
Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s has an immediate need for a strong leader to oversee the Outpatient Surgery Center and the Aerodigestive Surgery Center. Both units are located on the Main Campus (20th St/Thomas). In this unique role, the incumbent will manage a team in each of the respective areas, and provide leadership, develop staff, and support the providers who are being hired into Phoenix Children’s to provide the specialty care that is needed in our community. Incumbent will manage an overall staff of 100 employees, and direct reports of up to 12 - which will include front line supervisors for the Operating Room, PreOp/PACU, medical assistants, and a dotted line to training/support staff.About the Role - Incumbent must have a minimum of 5 yea
